• Metered air-conditioning throughout the villa and usage is at the guest's discretion. The a/c meters will be read and recorded during guest's orientation to, and departure from, the villa. The charge for usage fluctuates according to the fuel factor surcharge; average cost is $0.49/kw hour. Usage will be charged to the credit card provided on the Statement of Liability signed during the guest's orientation.
