The property offers covered decks and open decks, all surrounded by lush natural tropical landscaping and abundant palm trees, to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. At night, the view of the stars and moon is spectacular. There is an infinity edged pool and pool house with bathroom and outside shower. The pool has two fish statuary that squirt water into the pool as well as an in-pool bench with hydro jets to relax on and enjoy the refreshing gentle trade breezes. The pool area offers spectacular views of three miles of beach and the beautiful turquoise color ocean. There is a gas BBQ grill to enjoy in the pool area. There are numerous indoor and outdoor ceiling fans and metered air-conditioning is available (if needed) as well as a phone and free high-speed internet connection, DVD player, DVDs, stereo, CDs, hair dryer, pool & beach toys, paperback books and board games. In addition, there is an intercom system and each bedroom has its own cable TV. Each of the two separate floors has its own granite countertop kitchen, eating area, living room, and laundry areas. Regardless of whether you book the additional downstairs separate apartment option or not you will be the only guests staying at the property. The upstairs main floor has 3 bedrooms (max six people – two queens and a set of twin beds) and beautiful vaulted wood beam exposed ceilings. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The additional downstairs separate apartment option (First Floor) offers an additional 2 bedrooms (max four additional people – One Queen and one set of Twin Beds) each with its own private bathroom. There is the possibility of converting one of the bedrooms with the Twin Beds into a King size bed if requested prior to arrival. If you are looking for a relaxing, beautiful private tropical beachfront location that is convenient to the numerous Grace Bay and Turtle Cove restaurants and the Provo Golf and Country Club, then you have found it. On Long Bay Beach, one can take a leisurely stroll down three miles of beach and take in the dramatic beach scenery framed by sweeping dunes, tropical landscaping and coastal bluffs. Horseback riding along the northern section of Long Bay Beach is available and boating and scuba diving activities are available at the southern tip of Long Bay.
